Overview of Company Prince Accountancy Corporation is a well-established CPA firm that has been in operation since the 1980’s. We assist our clients in all matters of accounting, but the main focus and specialty is taxation. Our daily routine consists of preparing a wide range of tax returns, amendments, projections, meeting with clients and advising. This is an entry level position with plenty of room for career growth regarding, accounting, taxation, bookkeeping and office administration. There will be paid on site training and continuing education offered during business hours. This is a fast-paced environment where daily check ins and communication is key to success here. We are looking for 2 individuals who are willing to learn and take direction and for the upcoming tax season. Responsibilities Organize and maintain client tax documents, including W-2s, 1099s and financial statements Perform data entry into professional tax software (training provided) Assemble and process completed tax returns for e-filing and mailing Assist with general administrative, such as photocopying, filing and managing correspondence Communicate with clients to request missing information and follow up on outstanding documents Manage client portals, estimated tax payments, billing and payroll (training provided) Provide support to senior tax staff and office administration Qualifications Positive & upbeat attitude Strong communication skills Basic computer literacy No prior experience is needed, there will be on site training Schedule 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday, To apply, please respond with a cover letter and copy of your resume.
