In this hybrid role, based in San Diego, CA, you will contribute to both in-office and remote work. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws, conducting research on tax regulations, and providing strategic tax solutions for clients. You will collaborate with team members and clients to deliver high-quality, accurate accounting services. Qualifications D emonstrated proficiency in Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax regulations Solid understanding of Tax Law and its application to individuals and businesses Knowledgeable in Finance and its integration within tax planning and compliance Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment CPA certification or progress towards certification is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or 5 years equivalent work experience with a degree in another field Proficiency in accounting and tax preparation software
