Tax Attorney

A leading law firm is seeking a Tax Attorney with extensive experience in international tax research, planning, and drafting estate-planning documents, including trusts, wills, and related materials. The ideal candidate should have expertise in one or more of the following areas: International tax research and planning for both inbound and outbound structures - Navigating cross-border issues in tax and estate planning, including Subpart F and PFIC regimes Advising private clients on estate and trust matters, particularly families with US children as beneficiaries - Handling cross-border tax and estate planning concerns. While not a requirement, an LL.M. degree in tax would be considered a plus. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school Be in good standing as an active member of the Florida Bar Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to multitask and to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
