The ideal candidate will have a working understanding of international tax rules (e.g., Subpart F, GILTI, FDII), as well as experience with transfer pricing and managing global filings. Comfort with technical tax accounting, tax GL reconciliations, and various domestic taxes (property, business license, withholding, etc.) is a must. You should be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while supporting one direct report. What You'll Be Doing Support the annual tax provision process and assist with ASC 740 compliance, including deferred taxes, Section 163(j), UNICAP, and FIN 48/FAS 5 analysis. Assist is SOX automation for the global tax team Coordinate with international advisors to manage tax and statutory filings in 23 global jurisdictions, ensuring GAAP bridge accuracy. Prepare tax IR deck for CFO Manage tax GL accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Heavy technical accounting research as it relates to tax and business decisions Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and external advisors on audits, tax notices, and special projects.
