Position Overview We are seeking a Tax Manager with 5–7 years of public accounting experience to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values work-life balance, meaningful client relationships, and long-term career growth , including a potential path to senior leadership or partnership. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns Manage client relationships Review work of staff and seniors, providing mentorship and guidance Conduct tax research and planning strategies Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency Qualifications CPA license preferred 5–7 years of experience in public accounting Strong experience preparing/reviewing tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120/1120S) Excellent communication and client management skills Experience mentoring staff preferred What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus Flexible / remote work environment Reasonable busy season expectations Health and retirement benefits Generous PTO and flexibility Clear path to Senior Manager and potential Partner Opportunity to live and/or spend time in Aspen, Colorado
