We’re currently hiring for Front of House Back of House Morning Production Shift About the Role This is a hands-on hospitality position in a fast-paced but community-oriented environment. Depending on the shift and role, responsibilities may include: Preparing teas, elixirs, and non-alcoholic beverages Light food preparation and plating Opening or closing duties Maintaining cleanliness and organization Supporting events and busy weekend service Creating a warm, welcoming experience for guests Working collaboratively with a creative and diverse team Who We’re Looking For We value people who are: Friendly, reliable, and communicative Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure Interested in hospitality, tea, music, art, or community spaces Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willing to learn and help where needed Experience in coffee shops, restaurants, bars, cafés, or food service is appreciated, but attitude, work ethic, and presence matter just as much.
