Core Responsibilities: Small-Group Instruction: Lead a classroom with a strict 12:1 student-to-teacher ratio , allowing for true differentiated instruction. Curriculum Implementation: Deliver a school-supplied curriculum to students with a focus on teaching to all the senses. Student Mentorship: Track individual student progress and provide high-level feedback to parents and the Head of School. Professional Collaboration: Participate in planning meetings with the Head of School to refine school operations and instructional strategies. Strong organizational skills and a mindset for classroom operations. Preference for candidates currently enrolled in or possessing a degree in Special Education or Elementary Education. Ability to work a flexible, school-year calendar with full and part-time availability.
