Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate students with disabilities, including those with autism, visual impairments, or developmental disabilities Utilize learning technology and instructional design principles to enhance classroom engagement and understanding Conduct assessments, including standardized testing and formative evaluations, to monitor student progress Collaborate with specialists such as speech therapists, behavioral therapists, and special education professionals to support student success Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques and behavioral health strategies Maintain accurate records of IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), lesson plans, and student progress reports Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications or specializations in special education are preferred Proven classroom experience across early childhood education, preschool, or K-12 settings Knowledge of curriculum development, literacy education, math instruction, and early intervention strategies Experience working with children with disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, or in deaf education is highly desirable Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues Familiarity with learning technology tools and educational software applications Ability to implement behavioral therapy techniques, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and recreational therapy methods when needed Demonstrated skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and instructional design Commitment to child welfare, inclusive education practices, and continuous professional development Join us as a Teacher to empower learners through innovative teaching practices while fostering a nurturing environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and success.
