Teacher of Record/Specialist

Description The Teacher of Record will be responsible for the creation of and implementation of student Service Plans in the non-public schools within the TSC boundaries. The schools serviced will be Faith Christian School and Follow the Child Montessori. Requirements Key Responsibilities Creation of annual Service Plans Quarterly progress monitoring of Service Plans and sharing data quarterly with parents and team members Collaboration with general education teachers regarding student goals and accommodations Scheduling of Annual Service Plan Meetings Serve as the Public Agency Representative during case conferences Take written notes during meetings Finalize Service Plans and send home for signatures in accordance with Indiana Article 7 timelines Monitor Special Programs for signatures As assigned by the Director of Special Education to maintain and ensure proper service to the non-public schools within the TSC boundaries
