Teacher's Aide

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting educators in creating a positive learning environment. Responsibilities Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities Provide individualized attention and support to students Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment Support students with special needs or learning challenges Assist in classroom management and behavior guidance Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational strategies Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other activities Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Skills & Requirements Experience in toddler care or early childhood education Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development Familiarity with Montessori or daycare settings Ability to work with students with autism or special education needs Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, parents, and staff Proficiency in classroom management techniques Minimum of 6 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development preferred/required in accordance with California childcare licensing guidelines If you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of children, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding Teacher's Aide position.
