Teaching Assistant for Aerospace

A company is looking for a Teaching Assistant: Aerospace Technician. Key Responsibilities Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to approximately 25-30 Learners in virtual training programs Monitor communication channels for Learner questions and facilitate discussions Grade Learner submissions and provide feedback for continuous program improvement Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in aerospace, manufacturing, mechanical, or technical operations environments Foundational knowledge of technician-level skills related to aerospace roles Working knowledge of safety and quality standards in aerospace or manufacturing Experience supporting adult learners through tutoring, mentoring, or teaching Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom and Slack
