Team Lead, Billing and Financial & Insurance Assistance

The Connecticut Institute for Communities seeks a Team Lead, Billing and Financial & Insurance Assistance to oversee daily billing and patient financial counseling operations within our Finance, Accounting & Administration Department. This role supervises staff, ensures accurate medical billing and insurance claims processing, resolves payment issues, and supports patients with coverage options and financial assistance. The Team Lead will monitor KPIs, streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across departments to improve revenue cycle performance and patient access to care in an inclusive, community-focused environment.
