The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing and mentoring team members, coordinating workflow, and ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and fostering a collaborative and safe work environment. The Team Lead will act as a liaison between team members and senior management to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of projects. Qualifications Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, delegate tasks, and ensure team cohesion. Operational Skills: Strong experience in workflow coordination, managing daily operations, and achieving productivity and quality goals. Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and address team or individual concerns. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrated capability to analyze problems, propose solutions, and make sound decisions in dynamic environments. Time Management: Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-related processes, technology, or software is a plus. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or a related industry preferred. Work Environment: Willingness to operate in an on-site, fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring safety protocols are upheld.
