GlobalGiving Foundation seeks an IT & Systems Lead to oversee technology infrastructure supporting our global nonprofit mission. In this role, you will design, maintain, and secure core systems, networks, and cloud services, while leading help desk support for a hybrid team. You’ll manage SaaS tools, identity and access, and data protection, ensuring reliable, user-friendly solutions. Partnering across programs and operations, you’ll align IT strategy with impact goals, drive process improvements, and lead projects that enhance scalability, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
