Team Member

Job Summary:The production team member is responsible for operating large-scale manufacturing equipment within various departments in accordance with company standards and operating procedures.He/she will be responsible for producing quality materials necessary to manufacture automatic transmissions and transmission accessories.Requirements:Knowledge and Skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be at least 18 years of age Must have reliable transportation Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to work 12 hour shifts on a monthly rotating schedule Ability to learn and follow rules and procedures Experience in an industrial/manufacturing/production environment is a plus Math skills-Basic mathematic skills to ensure accurate measurements is a plus Mechanical-General knowledge of machines, tools and measurement instruments is a plus Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
