What You'll Do:Be the welcoming voice of our agency, handling inbound and outbound calls Assist clients with their Medicare plans, making sure they have everything they need Follow up with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention Address customer questions or concerns with empathy and professionalism Accurately update client records and documentation Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service Be part of a mission that prioritizes honesty, care, and long-term relationships What We're Looking For:? Excellent communication and active listening skills? Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred? Prior customer service experience is a plus? Comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods?
