At Great American Cookies, the Sales Associate is an integral part of the day-to-day operations of the cookie store and is the face of the company in the eyes of our guests.Their top priority is to facilitate a fun and exciting experience for every customer.The associate works under the supervision of the Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leader to ensure our guests have a positive experience and keep coming back.Daily Responsibilities Serve guests and create an exciting experience.Operate a register and ensure accountability of money.Decorate cookies and cakes with a wide variety of templates.Ensure cleanliness of the store and all preparation areas.Prepare ingredients for baking and decorating.Ensures that all Company policies and procedures are followed.Adhere to all Great American Cookie and Front Range Holdings standards.Perform other duties as required by their manager.Position Specifications Excellent customer service skills.Good verbal communication.Ability to multi-task.Attention to detail.Must be a team player.
