Team members are responsible for preparing and serving up our delicious, all-natural, energizing smoothies as well as consulting and assisting customers in choosing the right smoothie for their purpose to help them reach their health and fitness goals. Responsibilities Making custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way” “FRIENDLY UPSELLING” of our extras and enhancers Providing guests with information regarding our smoothies Providing the best TOTAL experience in the business Requirements Energetic and dynamic individuals who are excited about health and fitness Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Food Service experience preferred but not required Ability to think outside the box to satisfy our guests Genuine care and understanding for people's needs Prior retail sales experience is a PLUS!
