Job Summary:As a Wingstop Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.You'll work in a fast-paced environment, preparing food, interacting with customers, and maintaining cleanliness.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate about providing great service in a fun and team-oriented atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude and ensure their needs are met.Take orders and input them into the POS system accurately.Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.Provide recommendations for menu items and ensure customers have a great experience.Food Preparation:Assist in preparing, cooking, and packaging Wingstop's signature wings and other menu items according to company recipes and standards.Maintain food safety standards, including proper handling, storage, and preparation.Ensure food quality and consistency by following all Wingstop guidelines and procedures.Cleanliness and Organization:Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food prep stations, dining area, and restroom facilities.Ensure the kitchen and dining area meet health and safety standards, performing regular cleaning and sanitization.Restock supplies as needed and ensure proper inventory control.Teamwork & Communication:Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow and efficient service.Communicate effectively with other team members, managers, and customers to ensure a positive working environment.Assist with training new team members as needed.Cash Handling & POS System:Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide correct change.Follow all procedures for opening and closing the register.Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and POS transactions accurately.Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30-50 pounds, and perform tasks in a hot and fast-paced environment.Prior experience in food service or retail is a plus, but not required.Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods.Ability to lift and carry up to 30-50 pounds as required.Ability to work in a hot, busy environment.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage.Opportunities for career advancement and growth within Wingstop.Employee discounts on food and beverages.Flexible schedules for part-time and full-time positions.Health insurance and other benefits for eligible employees.Wingstop is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.We encourage all qualified individuals to apply.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$11.78 - $16.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Relocation assistance Shift availability:Night Shift (Preferred) Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute:Ashland, OH 44805 (Required) Ability to Relocate:Ashland, OH 44805:Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location:In person.
