Qualifications oWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environment oOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitude oWillingness to learn and adapt to change oGuest focused oRepetitive motion including bending, stooping and reaching oWorking in a small space Responsibilities oA Dunkin Restaurant Team Member is generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin Brands operational standards, providing guests with great service and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace oFollow Brand standards, recipes and systems oFollow food safety standards oAssemble and package orders and serve to guests oUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions oMaintain a clean and organized workstation oClean equipment and guest areas oStocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation oTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable) oFollow speed of service standards oServe and communicate with guests oMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant oCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkers oOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas Job Types:Full-time, Part-time Pay:$14.00 - $14.75 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
