School Transcripts may be required for consideration Minimum Education 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree EE/CS/ME degree Minimum Years of Experience Two years of patent prosecution experience as well as three years of engineering and/or research experience. Registration with the USPTO Boston, MA, Palo Alto, CA, Seattle, WA or Philadelphia, PA Office Hybrid with some in-office expectations or remote (as appropriate). Some travel required. The firms expected hiring range for this position is $100,000 $205,000 per year depending on the candidates geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidates experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
