Role Description This is a contract-based remote role for a Technical Assistant. The Technical Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with system troubleshooting, and responding to client inquiries. Daily tasks include analyzing issues, delivering effective resolutions, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality support. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Assistance and Technical Support roles Strong Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving technical challenges Excellent Communication abilities, including written and verbal skills Experience in Customer Service and fostering positive client relationships Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely Familiarity with healthcare operational systems is a plus Completed degree or certification in a relevant technical field is preferred
