Role Summary Cymbiotika is scaling rapidly across DTC, subscription, and retail channels — and we’re building a modern analytics foundation to match. We’re hiring a Data Analyst who can bridge growth marketing , data engineering , and automation . This role is for someone who can write scripts , pull data via APIs , build automated pipelines and translate insights into revenue‑driving decisions . You will be a core contributor to Cymbiotika’s single source of truth , powering PLTV modeling, promo performance, subscription analytics, and real‑time reporting. If you love marketing data but also love building the systems behind it, this is the role. Key Responsibilities 1. Build Cymbiotika’s Marketing Data Infrastructure Develop automated API pipelines for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4 and subscription platforms. Write Python or Node scripts to ingest, normalize and join marketing + transactional data. Support the buildout of Cymbiotika’s North Star KPI framework , ensuring consistent definitions across teams. Partner with Engineering to evolve our data warehouse and schema design. 2. Growth & Subscription Analytics Analyze performance across paid media, email/SMS, onsite funnels, and subscription lifecycle. Support PLTV modeling (discount cohorts, subscription propensity, SKU sensitivity, month cohorts). Build dashboards for CAC, ROAS, retention, churn, and promo performance. 3. Automation & Operational Efficiency Automate recurring reporting workflows (daily pacing, promo tracking, subscription health). Build internal tools/scripts for QA, anomaly detection, and budget pacing. Support real‑time PLTV signal generation for paid media platforms. 4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance, CX, and Engineering. Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and technical solutions. Required Skills & Experience 2–5+ years in Marketing Analytics, Growth, or Technical Analytics. Strong proficiency in Python or Node.js for scripting and API integrations. Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, JSON and building automated data pipelines. SQL expertise (joins, window functions, CTEs). Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4. Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, subscription metrics and cohort analysis. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with dbt, Airflow, or other orchestration tools. Experience with subscription analytics (churn modeling, retention curves, cohort decay). Familiarity with MMM, MTA modeling. Experience in DTC, wellness, or subscription-based businesses. What Success Looks Like in 90 Days You’ve automated at least one major recurring report (e.g., daily pacing, promo dashboard). You’ve built stable API pipelines for 2–3 core marketing platforms. You’ve contributed to Cymbiotika’s PLTV model and helped refine cohort logic. You’ve delivered insights that directly influence budget allocation, creative strategy, or promo planning.
