Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, managing technology and cloud service delivery Maintain understanding of customer landscapes and conduct technical reviews to ensure alignment with cloud architecture Guide customers on security, compliance, and migration strategies while collaborating with delivery teams Required Qualifications 4+ years of SAP Basis administrative experience 4+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience 4+ years of solution design or SAP implementation experience 2+ years of technical project management in SAP Operations or Implementation Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Management
