Job Description
Clear Fracture delivers next-generation AI data integration solutions. Our agentic data manager, Belvedere, empowers organizations to unify their data, make smarter decisions, and operate with greater agility. Role We are looking for a Technical Growth Lead who operates as a hands-on practitioner first, with the credibility to speak directly to data engineering teams and buyers. You will play a key role in building and running the first version of our repeatable demand/marketing engine — shipping campaigns, managing paid tests, building target-account lists, running webinars, and reporting on marketing performance every week. In addition to executing campaigns, you will help refine demos, publish technical content, and identify the markets where the platform has the strongest pull. This includes designing the messaging, assets, and workflows that turn data engineering practitioners into qualified targets. Ideal Profile The strongest candidates will have a background as a data engineer, analytics engineer, or technical data practitioner. You should be able to speak credibly and fluently with data engineering teams and technical buyers. You understand the language, workflows, and real-world pain points around data pipelines, data quality, data contracts, orchestration, governance, and AI-assisted data engineering. Ideally, you also bring marketing or technical communication experience, as a key part of the role is helping organizations discover and adopt Belvedere. ———————— Key Responsibilities Demand Generation & Campaigns Build demonstrations and accompanying assets (videos, audio, articles, etc) that will speak to our target markets Create and optimize landing pages, offers, email nurture sequences, paid campaigns, and retargeting programs. Launch and manage paid experiments on LinkedIn, Google Search, and retargeting platforms. Analyze qualified engagement and pipeline signals to identify the top prospects Marketing Operations Work with Marketing to manage core marketing operations, including website performance goals, CRM source fields, UTM tracking, and weekly scorecards. Build and maintain automations for data syncs, job/opportunity scraping, and content signal tracking. Own reporting and pipeline attribution across the entire demand engine. Events & Community Plan and execute webinars, live teardowns, and practitioner-led events with partners. Build credibility and relationships with data engineering audiences through direct engagement and thought leadership. Product Feedback As you establish demonstrations, work with product team to incorporate logical fixes. Work with design team to spec upcoming product development from the direction of the practitioner. ———————— Required Qualifications 2+ years of prior experience as a data engineer, analytics engineer, or technical data practitioner. 2+ years of experience building demos and proof-led content. Due to the nature of the work, U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance are required. Ability to speak credibly to data engineering teams and buyers about their language, workflows, and pain points — including pipelines, data quality, data contracts, orchestration, governance, and AI-assisted engineering. Strong written communication skills suitable for technical practitioner audiences. Comfort owning weekly funnel reporting and adjusting tactics based on signal. ———————— Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience shipping marketing campaigns, including landing pages, email nurture, paid tests, and retargeting. Experience managing marketing operations: website goals, CRM source fields, UTMs, and weekly scorecards. Experience running webinars, live teardowns, or practitioner-led events. Experience marketing developer tools, data infrastructure, or AI/ML platforms. Experience operating as a hands-on growth lead at an early-stage company. Familiarity with paid platforms (LinkedIn, Google Search, retargeting networks) and marketing automation / lifecycle systems. Active security clearance. ———————— What We Value Operator mindset: You ship campaigns, build pages, and run tests without waiting for a team to do it for you. Practitioner credibility: You speak to data engineers as one of them, not as a marketer translating from the outside.
