Work Experience - Technical Leadership Strong expertise in technical design and hands-on coding using Microservices, C#, .NET, SQL, and AWS (SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM policies) Proven experience in production debugging, reviewing and approving code changes Experience building large-scale enterprise systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security Team Leadership Experience leading a team of 4–5 developers, including task delegation and maintaining test quality Ability to resolve technical blockers and conflicts Experience managing cross-team dependencies in large enterprise environments Strong collaboration and communication skills with stakeholders AI Exposure Enthusiastic about using AI in coding Experience improving the SDLC using AI, such as coding automation, reverse engineering, test automation, debugging, and design generation Required Technical Skills 10+ years of experience with C# and .NET 3–5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud and Microservices 3–5 years of team lead experience Good to Have AWS Certification Experience developing AI-based solutions for business problems Pay Range:$130000/Anum Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required.
