**Technical Operative DIRECT HIRE Location:** Hillsboro, OR Pay: $20-$22/hour DOE Schedule: M-F, Days 7am-4pm - Full-Time Who We Are: We are partnering with a global leader supporting some of the world’s largest manufacturers in semiconductor, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, life sciences, and medical device industries. What You’ll Do: Install, maintain, and repair vending machines and smart cabinets Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Diagnose hardware and software issues and implement effective solutions Replace or repair faulty components to restore functionality Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections Maintain service logs and detailed maintenance schedules Install and relocate equipment as required Manage spare parts inventory and tools for repairs Support goods receiving, picking, packing, and stock accuracy Perform stock checks and cycle counting Work within computerized systems (SAP, inventory systems, project tools) Deliver items to points of use when required Manage assigned projects and complete tasks within deadlines What’s In It for You: Competitive pay Stable, growing international company Hands-on technical role with autonomy Exposure to advanced systems and controlled environments Opportunity to grow within operations or technical leadership Supportive team culture What You Need to Have: Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues Experience working with technical equipment or systems Strong attention to detail Comfort working in physically active environments (standing, bending, lifting) Experience using software systems (SAP, Microsoft Office, project tools) The Musts: Reliable, flexible, and self-motivated Strong problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Clear communicator — able to explain technical issues simply Customer service mindset Experience in controlled or technical environments Background in vending systems, smart cabinets, or similar equipment Experience with SAP, Microsoft Projects, or similar systems Inventory or warehouse exposure Next Steps: Please respond with an updated resume to schedule an interview!
