Title: Technical Program Manager (Ad Tech) Contractor Location: New york- Onsite Job Description: Overview: Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of complex ad tech initiatives. Role focused, responsible for delivery governance, dependency management, and stakeholder coordination across engineering, ad operations, data, and analytics teams. Key Responsibilities Lead planning and delivery of multi-team ad tech programs. Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies. Own program governance, milestones, and status reporting. Coordinate delivery across internal teams and vendors. Drive Jira-based execution and Confluence documentation. Help gather requirements. Support requirements translation and UAT coordination. Required Qualifications: 5 10 years of Technical Program Management experience. Experience delivering large-scale, multi-platform systems. Strong ad tech or ad operations systems experience. Jira and Confluence required; Monday.com a plus. SDLC and Agile delivery experience. Bachelor's degree in technical field.
