Job Description
Technical Program Manager (AI – Healthcare & Life Sciences) Location: Bloomfield, CT | Remote | Hybrid (Total Flexibility) Work Mode: Your Choice—100% Remote, Onsite – USA - Bloomfield, NJ, or Hybrid. About the Role We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the next generation of AI-led transformation within the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. This isn’t just about "managing projects"—it’s about leading the end-to-end execution of complex AI initiatives, from GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to predictive analytics that impact patient outcomes and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between deep technical AI concepts and executive-level business strategy. You will navigate the nuances of regulated environments while pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities End-to-End AI Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of AI initiatives, ensuring seamless integration from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring. Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Clinical/Business leadership. Strategic Execution: Manage roadmaps, identify technical bottlenecks, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced, regulated landscape. AI Subject Matter Expertise: Provide technical oversight on LLM implementations, NLP pipelines, and predictive modeling projects. Required Qualifications Industry Expertise: Proven experience as a TPM within Healthcare (Payer/Provider), Pharma, Life Sciences, or Clinical environments. You must understand the complexities of working in highly regulated spaces. Proven AI Delivery: A track record of leading AI initiatives end-to-end . This isn’t a "generalist" role; you must have hands-on experience moving models from research to production. Technical Depth in AI: Core ML: Strong knowledge of Supervised/Unsupervised learning and predictive analytics. GenAI & NLP: Experience with LLMs, Natural Language Processing, and Prompt Engineering. Evaluation: Solid understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts and model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Hallucination detection, Drift, and Latency). Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical "AI-speak" into actionable business insights. Bonus Points (Nice to Have) AI Governance: Experience with Model Risk Management (MRM), Responsible AI frameworks, and maintaining audit trails. Healthcare Data Fluency: Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, HL7/FHIR standards, claims data, or medical coding (ICD/CPT). Enterprise Transformation: Experience building or leading an AI Center of Excellence (COE) or driving enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies. Apply today to help us reshape the future of Healthcare through Artificial Intelligence.
