The ideal candidate is a seasoned project manager with strong organizational and analytical skills, the ability to translate complex technical progress into clear executive communications, and a track record of delivering large-scale programs in fast-paced environments. Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is preferred. The position is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, agile ceremonies, and delivery frameworks, while providing comprehensive reporting and oversight to project teams and senior management. Responsibilities Own end-to-end program delivery using agile methodologies - run sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retros, demos), manage backlogs, and drive teams toward committed deliverables. Serve as the primary interface with senior and executive-level management - translate complex technical milestones into clear, high-impact updates and presentations for the Operating Committee and steering groups. Independently manage multiple workstreams across complex, long-term programs affecting business processes and technology. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and senior business leaders to remove blockers and align priorities.
