Requirements What You'll Do This isn't just posting jobs and waiting. You'll be the engine behind how we find and land top talent. Hunt for talent using creative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards-you name it) Build relationships with candidates and hiring managers to understand what "great" looks like Own the full recruiting lifecycle - from first outreach to offer negotiation and close Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews that keep candidates engaged and excited Develop smart recruiting strategies based on market trends and business needs Craft compelling job descriptions that attract the right people (not just more people) Partner with business development by providing talent insights for proposals Keep everything organized and flowing in our ATS (iCIMS) Confidently communicate compensation, benefits, and opportunities to candidates Ensure compliance with federal contracting requirements and hiring standards What Makes You a Great Fit You don't have to come from a traditional recruiting background-mindset is key. 2+ years in recruiting, sales, or a high-volume, relationship-driven role You're competitive, motivated, and love hitting (and beating) goals Strong communicator-you know
