Technical Sales Representative We are seeking a driven Technical Sales Representative to manage and grow a territory in Sioux Falls and surrounding areas. This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and delivering technical solutions within industrial and chemical applications. Location: Fully Remote Territory: Sioux Falls, SD and surrounding areas Travel: 75–100% within the assigned territory Compensation Base Salary: $60,000 – $110,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000 – $225,000+ Car and cell phone allowances, plus reimbursement for travel-related expenses What You’ll Do Manage and grow an existing book of business while developing new accounts Execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue and margin targets Build relationships with key decision-makers Identify customer challenges and deliver technical solutions Maintain a strong pipeline and drive consistent growth Conduct regular in-person customer visits and service follow-ups Partner internally on pricing, onboarding, and account support What We’re Looking For 5+ years of technical, industrial, or chemical sales experience Proven ability to grow a territory and close business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable in a highly autonomous, travel-heavy role Bachelor’s degree preferred (Science or Engineering a plus) If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above qualifications, apply to this posting today for immediate consideration!
