Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Technical Service Engineer. The Technical Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services, maintaining and improving client equipment, and offering recommendations for system optimization. The role also includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, delivering high-quality service for customer installations, and effectively communicating solutions with clients. Keeping accurate records and collaborating with the engineering team will be crucial components of day-to-day activities. Qualifications Strong expertise in Technical Services, with the ability to support and maintain specialized equipment Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to effectively diagnose and resolve issues Excellent Analytical Skills to assess problems and craft innovative solutions Exceptional Communication skills to provide clear and professional support to clients and collaborate with teams Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sciences, or related field preferred Willingness to travel for client troubleshooting or system installation, as needed
