Job Description
Technical Support Engineer (Blockchain Infrastructure) Location: Remote About The Opportunity We are representing a highly profitable, agile infrastructure firm that provides mission-critical solutions for high-performance blockchain networks. This organization has achieved significant product-market fit and operates at the intersection of decentralized finance and advanced distributed systems. You will join a high-ownership environment where technical excellence is the standard, helping to support and scale tools that optimize network efficiency and capital flow for millions of global users. Responsibilities Developer Tooling & SDKs: Develop and maintain specialized client libraries in multiple programming languages to streamline how external partners interface with core infrastructure and APIs. Technical Problem Solving: Act as the primary technical point of contact for complex issues, performing deep-dive debugging within Rust-based codebases to resolve performance bottlenecks. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Author and update comprehensive technical guides and FAQs to reflect rapid product iterations and evolving ecosystem standards. Demo Development: Architect and build functional demonstration applications that showcase the capabilities of the firm’s high-frequency trading and MEV infrastructure. Product Feedback Loop: Synthesize and categorize partner challenges to provide actionable intelligence for the internal engineering and leadership teams, directly influencing the product roadmap. Expert Consulting: Serve as a subject matter expert on network-specific protocols, validator operations, and transaction throughput optimization. Requirements (Must-have) Programming Proficiency: Professional experience with Rust, Python, and TypeScript/JavaScript is essential. System Forensics: Ability to navigate and debug complex system-level code written in Rust. Data Expertise: Strong familiarity with SQL and specialized database technologies such as ClickHouse. Communication: Proven ability to translate intricate technical concepts into concise, actionable instructions for both developers and executive stakeholders. Adaptability: A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-velocity, startup-style environment. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have) Previous experience working with Layer 1 blockchain infrastructure or DeFi protocols. Deep understanding of Maximum Extractable Value (MEV) dynamics and validator ecosystem requirements. Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source technical projects. Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 per year. Equity: Significant equity participation and multiple incentive structures.
