Job Description, Technical Training & Development Learning Partner Level 4 We are a team of collaborators, doers, and problem-solvers relentlessly committed to a culture of safety. You will partner with business leaders to define project scope and requirements related to requests for training support. You will conduct learning needs analysis and oversee development of recommended improvements using performance analysis tools and processes. You will also work with business unit leaders and leadership within TT&D to establish learning strategies and architectures including defining project scope and requirements. You will have expertise conducting needs analysis while consulting with stakeholders across the learning and training value stream to oversee performance solution design, development, delivery, and implementation. In this role supporting technical training across Blue Origin, you will be knowledgeable of how the business and organization operates, and the policies, practices, trends, and information affecting the business. You will understand how to accomplish tasks through formal channels and informal networks as well as the cultures of organizations. You will apply that knowledge in a way that contributes to the organizations strategic plan and bottom line. You will use business acumen and organizational knowledge to provide guidance and propose relevant solutions to organizational stakeholders, leveraging critical thinking skills to process information, evaluate statements or propositions for their validity and establish learning proposals relevant to the business needs and environment. We are looking for someone to apply their expertise in technical training, consultation, learning evaluation and front-end needs analysis to positively impact safe human spaceflight.
