Primary Skills: Technical Writing (Advanced ), O9 (Advanced), Regulations (Intermediate), Project Management (Intermediate), Excel (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 6+ Months Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2 Job Summary: Join a dynamic team where you will create and maintain process documentation that supports compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. This hybrid role requires a self-directed Technical Writer with a proficiency in developing standard operating procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in ensuring quality and clarity in internal documentation. Key Responsibilities: Write, edit, and maintain internal process documentation in compliance with company guidelines. Provide writing support to cross-functional teams adapting to new templates and guidelines. Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document internal processes. Ensure adherence to Quality and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) guidelines. Act as a lead writer on projects and mentor other writers when necessary. Must-Have Skills: 3-5+ years of writing/editing experience in a regulated environment. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Visio. Industry Experience: Experience in medical devices or a regulated environment is required.
