Technical Writer

We are seeking a Technical Writer, who will create, test and maintain the structured content templates and deployment materials leveraging Amazon and industry standards for effective information sharing. They will also be required to work effectively with customers and internal partners to understand their needs and to identify opportunities/gaps with content plans or existing documentation. Here are some of the specific details: Job Title: Technical Writer III Job Duration: 12 months Job Location: Redmond, WA REQUIRED SKILLS: Create and maintain work instructions for all product lines, including conducting periodic audits or reviews to ensure that our content is of the highest quality to best serve our customers. Create and maintain platforms to house training, reference and troubleshooting content for all product lines or specialized activities to support the aggregation of content used project teams. Contribute to the development of content management & project management strategy and tool suite by gathering and organizing customer input, designing content templates/structures and documentation best practices. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $45/hr to $52/hr on W2.
