Job Description
Technical Writers create reusable content to help a variety of audiences easily learn to use InterSystems products. They present complex material to their target audiences. They participate fully in development teams. Attends development project meetings and conveys status to other content creators. Researches technical material from diverse sources. Produces coherent, well-structured documentation that defines use cases and describes how to solve problems associated with them. Collaborates with the online learning, classroom training, and certification groups to maximize reuse for multiple audiences. May participate in the development of other learning materials. Works with stakeholders and mentors to determine the appropriate schedule for documentation projects. Works to improve documentation quality, process, productivity, and presentation. Raises documentation and cross-departmental issues, and helps resolve them.
