Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair production and support equipment experiencing electrical or mechanical problems. Perform electrical/mechanical component replacement, ensuring compliance with work order instructions. Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment as directed. Resolve electrical/mechanical emergency breakdowns on equipment to minimize downtime. Carry out electrical/mechanical installations as directed. Maintain adequate records of work performed on equipment and corrective actions taken. Set good examples for co-workers through excellent work habits. Ensure compliance with facility food safety, food defense, and quality policies and procedures. Support and participate in efforts for LEAN, 5's, Six Sigma, and other Continuous Improvement programs. Strive to understand customer requirements and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations. Stop any process that does not meet food safety or customer quality requirements.
