Job Title: Technician Assistant Department: Operations/Production FSLA Status: Full Time - Non-Exempt Duties and Responsibilities Observe all specific safety requirements as explained and required when cleaning. Cleaning of aircraft parts by written procedures/CMM or verbal instructions. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies, including safe handling procedures. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Must be familiar with various Component Maintenance Manuals (CMM) practices and procedures. Reports to the lead person, supervisor, or manager. Requirements and Skills High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Reads, understands and interprets directions of appropriate maintenance manuals to identify. Must have knowledge and experience with mechanical tools. Must be able to work with little or no supervision. Ability to work with standardized tools and electric equipment. Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines.
