Assemble high quality complex products in an expedient manner. A Day In The Life Roles & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Fabricate Hipo products, which includes a wide variety of products requiring high amount of skill, experience, accuracy, and print reading. Medium to heavy assembly Assemble components used to make sub-assemblies Install panels, card racks and sub-assemblies Perform detailed wiring Cabinet layout and wiring based diagrams, schematics and wire lists Operate power and hand tools Hand soldering Fabricate and modifies products Printed circuit boards Cable assemblies Wiring harnesses Wire wrap boards Panels and enclosures Cabinet sub-assemblies Sheet metal assemblies Operate crane Operate forklift Operate oil processing equipment Correct problems arising during fabrication and final testing of equipment. Review and revise all engineering documentation for potential errors and omissions. Assist in special projects. Provide support/training to Assemblers, Technicians I as needed.
