Description Technician Trainee Location: Toledo OHIO Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Benefits Eligible Join the RECO Equipment Team At RECO Equipment Inc., we provide industry-leading heavy and compact equipment sales, rentals, parts, and service. We’re looking for a hardworking, dependable Yard Associate to help keep our operations running safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do Load, unload, move, and organize equipment in the yard Inspect incoming equipment and document condition using a tablet or phone Clean, prep, and fuel rental equipment for customer delivery Assist with basic equipment maintenance and setup Keep the yard, shop, and facility clean and safe Support service technicians and branch operations as needed Requirements What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license Comfortable using mobile devices and basic computer programs Forklift experience or willingness to learn Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb equipment safely Why RECO?
