Role Roadmap As Technology & IP Counsel you will serve as a key legal partner to the business, protecting and advancing Kalshi's intellectual property portfolio while driving the commercial relationships that power revenue and long-term growth. This is a role for a lawyer who thrives on variety - you'll own IP strategy and counseling while also rolling up your sleeves on technology transactions, licensing deals, and strategic commercial agreements. Over time, you'll become a versatile, trusted counselor across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Business Development, with the depth to go deep on IP and the range to flex into high-impact commercial work as the company scales.
