If you seek a customer support position with a variety of tasks, this could be the job for you! In this entry level position, with high level manager oversight, you will be trained to provide support for the client’s copiers and other devices. Set up conference rooms, ensure devices are in working order, monitor supplies, resolve minor print issues, assist with device installation, in addition to other duties. Your Impact Support devices located in various facilities at the customer site Participate in all required training and development courses. Identify opportunities to improve work processes, tools and systems to streamline workflows Demonstrate core customer service skills as outlined in training and strengthen the customer relationship Support the department as needed in special projects. About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, plus 1 to 2 years of related experience Prior Customer service experience Ability to communicate technology issues clearly to manager and team Must be flexible and able to prioritize Ability to respectfully listen and ease customer concerns and escalate as needed Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises Ability to lift 40 lbs Basic computer skills Job requires prolonged standing and walking In accordance with applicable law, we are
