Job Overview This role is responsible for the operational management, commercial performance, and strategic development of T-Mobile’s owned tower portfolio. The position drives collocation revenue growth, optimizes portfolio economics, and supports long term value creation initiatives, including potential asset monetization and portfolio transactions. Serving as the operational lead for inbound collocation activities and portfolio governance, this role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Network, Regulatory, Lease Administration, and external stakeholders to maximize the value and performance of T-Mobile’s tower assets. The position also leads process improvement, reporting, and data governance initiatives that support operational execution and long-term portfolio strategy. Job Responsibilities Lead the inbound collocation lifecycle from application intake through structural coordination, legal review, and license execution, ensuring efficient and consistent transaction management. Draft, negotiate, and finalize contractual documents including master service agreements, statements of work, collocation license agreements, letter agreements, and related commercial documents. Analyze portfolio performance and asset level profitability to identify revenue growth opportunities, reduce ground lease costs, improve occupancy, and optimize net operating income across the tower portfolio. Maintain portfolio governance and data integrity across owned tower assets, including asset tracking, lease documentation, contract records, and operational reporting to support future valuation and transaction readiness. Partner cross functionally to align operational, technical, financial, and contractual requirements across tower related initiatives. Develop and present portfolio reporting, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership review and decision making. Support vendor and supplier relationships associated with portfolio operations, application management, and related tower services, including performance tracking and operational oversight. Education and Work Experience : Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of related work experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years of related work experience. (Required) Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Technology, or Engineering. (Required) 4 to 7 years of experience in technology sourcing, engineering, telecommunications infrastructure, or similar environments. (Required) 4 to 7 years of experience leading business requirements, project plans, project schedules, and associated project materials within a mid to large size company. (Required) Preferred Qualifications Experience with telecommunications tower assets, wireless infrastructure portfolios, or tower company operations. Knowledge of tower portfolio economics including collocation revenue, lease structures, occupancy metrics, and net operating income analysis. Experience supporting infrastructure portfolio transactions, sale leaseback structures, asset monetization initiatives, or M&A due diligence activities. Understanding of ground lease negotiations, tower owner and tenant lease dynamics, FCC/FAA compliance requirements, structural loading, and collocation feasibility processes. Experience using portfolio management and reporting tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, Siterra, MagentaBuilt or OneVizion. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive alignment across cross functional teams and external partners. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment while maintaining strong operational discipline and data accuracy.
