Responsible for the following: Budget, Forecast, Purchase Authorizations/Requisitions, Invoicing/Payments, License Management. Manage contract life cycle for all IT agreements. Represent IT in Committees & Collaboration. Manage a small team. Design process improvements and optimizations. Essential Functions: Contributed to the direction and strategy for the organization's Information Technology function. Establishes, evaluates, and recommends changes to IT policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization's long-term success. Analyzes the needs of different departments and determines ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems. Ensures proper information system operations and plans necessary upgrades. Conducts research and recommends the selection of IT equipment, applications, and supplies. Coaches, mentors and provides general support/leadership to the organization on IT best practices. Required Qualifications:- - Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications:- - Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree Discipline/Major: Information Technology or related discipline preferred. Knowledge, skills & abilities: Hardware management. Help desk management. IT Asset Management Framework (ITAM). IT management. IT operations. IT performance management. IT Program management. Physical Requirements:- - Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Travel Requirements: Up to 25% travel likely. Pay Range (USD): $119,425-$161,575 Pay Transparency Statement: The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
