Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst joining our team to provide unified communication services to our FAA customer. HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications systems supporting 911 (Inform Platform) operations and sustainment to meet operational standards. Monitors the operations of 911 systems and services of vendors. Conducts studies regarding 911 systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate. Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of 911 equipment. Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary. Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the 911 system. Provides end-user training of 911 features and functionality. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree: Degree in Telecommunications / IT related field desirable. Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience Required Technical Skills: Telecommunications and 911 systems / platforms. Security Clearance Level: Agency specific - Public Trust Required Skills and Abilities: Communication and problem solving. After hours call out - support. Preferred Skills: 911 Voice and Video technologies. Location: On Company Site (Oklahoma City, OK). This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
