This role includes recognizing and reporting rhythm changes and potentially life-threatening arrhythmias to the Registered Nurse according to established protocols. Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities Continuously monitor patient cardiac rhythms and physiological parameters. Observe, document, and correctly interpret cardiac rhythms. Recognize rhythm abnormalities and promptly report concerns to the RN. Operate monitoring equipment correctly and troubleshoot when necessary. Identify and respond to monitor alarms and emergency conditions. Maintain composure and communicate effectively in high-stress situations. Utilize office equipment such as fax machines, scanners, copiers, telephones, and computers. Ensure proper documentation of all electronic and paper communications. Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the correct resource. Ac
