Temporary Field Outreach Staff (Election Day Event Support)

Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and energetic individuals to support a one-day community outreach effort on Election Day.Staff will be stationed at designated locations to engage with the public, distribute informational materials, and help ensure a positive and organized experience.Responsibilities:Distribute flyers and informational materials to individuals in high-traffic areas Politely engage with community members and answer basic questions Represent the organization in a professional and respectful manner Follow location assignments and scheduling instructions Report any issues or concerns to team leads Qualifications:Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with the public Reliable and punctual Ability to stand outdoors for extended periods Prior outreach, customer service, or event experience is a plus (not required) Additional Details:Brief training/orientation will be provided Materials will be supplied Comfortable attire and weather-appropriate clothing recommended Need to bring own chair.Pay:$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:In person.
