Position Overview We are seeking two detail-oriented and physically capable individuals to organize retail merchandise stored in two shipping containers.The inventory includes new age retail items such as statues, books, tarot decks, and similar products.Items are currently boxed and loosely stacked and require thoughtful sorting and arrangement.The goal of this project is to create a clean, logical, and accessible system so that all merchandise can be easily inventoried, located, and retrieved.Key Responsibilities Categorize items into clear groupings (e.g., statues, books, tarot/oracle decks, etc.) Create an intuitive organizational system within the containers Arrange items to maximize space while maintaining accessibility Ensure fragile items are handled and stored with care Label sections or categories as needed for easy identification Maintain a clean and orderly workspace throughout the project Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move moderately heavy boxes (up to 40 lbs) Comfortable working in a shipping container environment (may include variable temperatures) Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with a partner Prior experience with inventory, retail, or warehouse organization is a plus Additional Details This is a short-term, project-based role Ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing, sorting, and creating order from clutter Must be reliable and able to complete the project within the estimated timeframe Pay:$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:Flexible schedule Language:English (Required) Ability to Commute:Boulder, CO 80301 (Preferred) Work Location:In person.
